United States Principal Parties in Interest (USPPIs) and their authorized filing agents (AES filers) should be aware that the AES record containing the Electronic Export Information (EEI) is an export control record under § 758.1(f) of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Additionally, the AES record represents whether the export authorized under the terms and conditions of a license, license exception or no license required is accurate and complete.
